ML Parker has extensive experience in procurement, acquisitions, and logistics. Currently serving as the Chief of Enterprise Logistics Support at the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency, ML Parker has held various important titles in different organizations such as the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory, GSA, and the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency. ML Parker holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from Park University and a Master of Public Administration in Management from Troy University.
