Peter J. Lapp is an Adjunct Professor at Marymount University, Senior Threat Manager at Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency, President and Founder of PJ Lapp Consulting, LLC, and former Special Agent at the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Peter J. also served as a Police Officer and Platoon Leader in the Maryland and Pennsylvania Army National Guard. Lapp holds an MS in Criminal Justice from Saint Joseph's University and a BS in Criminal Justice from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
