Ray Campbell

Ray Campbell has extensive experience in equal employment opportunity (EEO) and diversity management, currently serving as Chief of Staff in the Chief Strategy Office and Director of Diversity and Equal Opportunity at the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency since October 2016. Previously, Ray held similar positions at the U.S. Geological Survey and various roles within the U.S. Treasury, including EEO Program Manager for the Treasury Special Inspector General for the Troubled Asset Relief Program and EEO Manager for the Treasury Office of the Inspector General. Ray's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Christian Ministry and a Bachelor's Degree in Religion from Liberty University.
