Renée O'Brien currently serves as the Chief Learning Officer at the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), overseeing the planning and implementation of training and learning services for security personnel across the Department of Defense and other agencies. With extensive experience in learning and performance, Renée O'Brien previously held leadership positions at Atlas Research and worked as a Performance Solutions Architect for federal clients at Carney, Inc. Renée O'Brien also practiced international trade law as an associate attorney at various law firms before transitioning to freelance work as a legal and technical translator. Renée O'Brien holds multiple degrees from Georgetown University, including a J.D. in Law and an M.S. in Theoretical Linguistics, as well as a B.A. in French/Modern Languages from the University of Delaware.
