Rich P is an experienced instructional designer and entrepreneur with a robust background in both military and civilian sectors. Currently serving in the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency since December 2019, Rich has previously held instructional design roles at Carney, Inc., Kelly Services, Lockheed Martin, and Adayana Government Group, specializing in eLearning development and innovative training methodologies. As a former Senior Flight Chief and Training Subject Matter Expert in the US Army, Rich managed logistics and training initiatives across a diverse range of personnel in various global locations. In addition, Rich operates PricePics Inc., a photography start-up focused on small to medium-range assignments. Rich holds multiple degrees from Bloomsburg University, including a Master of Science in Instructional Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences.
