Wayne Chin

Wayne Chin is currently serving as the Chief of the Risk Management Unit at Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA). Wayne has extensive experience in risk management, industrial security, foreign ownership investigations, and contract negotiations. Prior to their current role, Wayne held various positions in intelligence analysis and management at organizations such as SRA International and Lockheed Martin Information Technology. Wayne holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of Washington and an MBA in Operations Management from American InterContinental University.
