Branch Chief, Data Vulnerability Management at Defense Logistics Agency

Don Flowers possesses extensive experience in cybersecurity and information technology management. Currently serving as Team Lead for Data Vulnerability Management at the Defense Logistics Agency since May 2015, Don Flowers analyzes compliance requirements and develops procedures to enhance cybersecurity. Prior roles include Brigade Signal Officer with the 37th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, overseeing tactical communication systems and supervising technical teams. Don Flowers has a strong background in project management and system administration from tenure with the Ohio Army National Guard, which includes leadership positions that emphasize operational readiness, staff development, and signal support. Don Flowers holds a Master’s degree in Information Assurance and Security from Western Governors University and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Communication from Franklin University.
