John Gatling

John Gatling possesses extensive experience in various roles within the customer service and human resources sectors. Currently serving as a Tier 2 Helpdesk professional at the Defense Logistics Agency since December 2022, John previously held the title of Human Resource Sergeant in the US Army from January 2010 to the present. John also worked as a Tier 1 Helpdesk Tech at SAIC and as a Personnel Coordinator at Serco. Additional experience includes a role as an Agent for New York Life Insurance Company and various positions in the hospitality industry, including Night Auditor at Coastal Hospitality Associates and Front Desk Agent at both InterContinental Hotels Group and The Walt Disney Company. John holds a degree from Norfolk State University, earned between 2006 and 2015.
