Jaclyn Stewart

Chief, J3ct Integration Operations at Defense Threat Reduction Agency

Jaclyn Stewart is an experienced professional currently serving as the Chief of J3CT Integration Operations at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency since December 2003. In this leadership role, Jaclyn manages ten implementation teams comprised of 35 personnel and oversees a budget of approximately $5 million, focusing on various operational aspects, including information technology and logistics. Jaclyn previously held positions such as Foreign Operations Support Officer, where responsibilities included collaborating with the Department of State and Department of Defense to support overseas operations and developing the DTRO Handbook for operational policies. As an International Project Manager, Jaclyn managed a $48 million IDIQ contract related to the transportation of essential equipment to the Former Soviet Union. Additionally, Jaclyn served as an Adjunct Professor at St. John's University, teaching courses in American Government, International Politics, and Political Theory. Jaclyn holds a Master’s degree in International Politics and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and English Literature, both from St. John's University.
