Ryan Lubinski

Ryan Lubinski serves as the Chief of the Arms Control Program Integration Division at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency since October 2019, with prior roles including Chemical Weapons Implementation Coordinator and Open Skies Implementation Coordinator. Previously, Ryan held the position of Principal Analyst for International Security at ANSER Corporation from December 2015 to October 2019. An extensive tenure with the USAF from January 2006 to January 2015 included leadership positions such as Chief Airborne Recon Operations, Chief Wing Plans, and Assistant Director of Operations for the 45th Reconnaissance Squadron, overseeing significant budgets and managing global reconnaissance operations. Ryan's educational background includes studies at the University of Minnesota Crookston.
