William Powell (Bill)

William (Bill) Powell is an experienced intelligence operations specialist currently serving at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency since October 2023, while also managing projects at Jacobs since March 2023. Previously, Powell held key positions at Leidos as a Senior Improvised Threat Defeat Analyst, Lockheed Martin as an SME/SR Intelligence Analyst, and the Defense Intelligence Agency as a Senior Counter Terrorism Analyst. With a background that includes significant roles at JIEDDO, the Warrant Officer Training Branch, and various intelligence and operations teams, Powell has demonstrated expertise in directing analysis, managing production requirements, and assessing threats, capabilities, and adversarial intents. Powell holds dual degrees in applied science and social psychology from Park University.
