Erica Robbins

Erica Robbins, PMP, CSM has held various roles in the technology industry since 2006. In that year, they began their career at Fiserv as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Product Specialist, and Client Support Analyst. In 2016, they moved to Bryan Health as a Senior IT Project Manager. In 2018, they returned to Fiserv as a Program Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they joined DefenseStorm as an Onboarding Manager. DefenseStorm ensures cyber risk readiness with a comprehensive system, including cyber security, compliance, and fraud.

Erica Robbins, PMP, CSM completed their Masters of Management in General Business from Doane University in 2010, following their Bachelor of Arts in Marketing & Management from Doane University in 2006.
