Deb Hench

Deb Hench is a Trustee Associate at Defiance College. Deb was previously an Intern and Behavior Analyst at Brehm Preparatory School from August 2011 to May 2013. Deb also worked as a Practicum Student Supervisor/Graduate Assistant at the SIUC Center for Autism Spectrum Disorders from January 2010 to December 2011. Hench began their career in the field of autism as an intern at TouchPoint Center for Autism from January 2009 to December 2010.

Deb Hench completed their undergraduate studies at Western Michigan University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Deb then went on to complete a Master of Science in Behavior Analysis and Therapy at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Finally, they earned their Doctor of Philosophy in Rehabilitation, Behavior Analysis and Therapy also from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Deb is certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Doctoral by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board.
