Mathias Ringdal Hjelseth

Mathias Ringdal Hjelseth started their career in 2013 as a Butikkmedarbeider at SPAR, where they worked until 2016. In 2017, they joined T. Hansen Gruppen A/S as a Butikkmedarbeider and stayed until 2020. During this time, they provided excellent customer service, handled payments, and maintained the store's appearance. From 2020 to 2021, Mathias worked at wec360° AS as an Account Manager and then as a Key Account Manager. Mathias Ringdal built strong relationships with key clients, understood their needs, and provided tailored solutions to contribute to their success. In 2021, they joined LAFT.io as a Key Account Manager, where they built and maintained long-term partnerships with key clients, identified new business opportunities, and negotiated contracts. Currently, Mathias is working at Defigo as a Salgssjef, leading a dynamic team, developing sales strategies, acquiring new customers, maintaining relationships with key clients, and analyzing market trends to increase sales.

Mathias Ringdal Hjelseth obtained a Bachelor's degree in Markedsføringsledelse from BI Norwegian Business School, where they studied from 2017 to 2020.
