Emily Ashworth

Emily Ashworth is a Venture Capital Fellow at Define Ventures since December 2023. Prior to their current role, Emily worked at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager and Business Analyst from August 2019 to June 2023. Emily also gained experience as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Cameron, a Schlumberger company, a Legal Intern at Selman Munson & Lerner P.C., and a STEM crewmember at Girlstart. Emily is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management at The Wharton School, after completing a dual degree in Mechanical Engineering and Plan II Honors at The University of Texas at Austin. Emily attended The Kinkaid School from 2007 to 2015.
