Gustavo Miller has a diverse and extensive work experience in marketing and media roles. Gustavo started their career as a New Media Reporter at ESTADÃO, covering tech, digital culture, and TV series. Gustavo then worked as a News Reporter at Rede Globo, covering music, movies, and TV series, gaining international experience in the USA and England.

Moving forward, Miller became Content Manager at Rede Globo, where they edited and produced interactive and engagement projects for G1, the network's news portal. Gustavo was also responsible for coordinating and managing news, video, design, and technical teams for audience-oriented planning, and their achievements earned him the title of Employee of the Year in 2013.

Miller's next role was as a Digital Media Manager at Red Bull Media House, where they built audience development strategies for, Red Bull TV, and social channels. Gustavo oversaw growth hacking, paid media strategies, community management, and media partnerships. Gustavo then advanced to become the Head of Digital Media, leading digital activation plans across various marketing initiatives in sports, music, gaming, innovation, and B2B.

After Red Bull, Miller joined ELEVEN SPORTS HQ as a Marketing Manager, responsible for developing the company's first marketing plan in Portugal. Gustavo handled PR, media partnerships, paid media, SEO strategies, KPI control, community management, and influencer marketing. The company, MyCujoo, was later acquired by Eleven Sports, which is now part of the DAZN Group.

Miller then moved on to Shopify, initially as a Content Marketing Lead and later as a Marketing Manager. In this role, they played a crucial role in expanding the company globally, focusing on Brazil. Gustavo spearheaded brand awareness initiatives, developed go-to-market plans and strategic roadmaps, and managed a team of 10+ people, including a PR agency. Gustavo also led multi-channel campaigns and partnerships with platforms like TikTok and Canva and was responsible for sponsorships and local events.

Additionally, Miller has teaching experience as a Guest Lecturer at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, where they taught in the "Digital Journalism and Communications" post-graduation course, earning the recognition of best professor for two consecutive years.

Currently, Miller is working at Domestika as a Teacher, offering an online course on content marketing. The course is available in over 50 countries and 8 languages, with more than 2000 students and 100% positive reviews.

In the future, Miller is set to join as the Head of Marketing, further expanding their expertise in this field.

Gustavo Miller completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies (Journalism) from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo between 2004 and 2007. Later on, they pursued a Master's degree in Digital Strategy and Corporate Communications Management from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, which they successfully completed between 2014 and 2015.
