Henrik Alburg

Henrik Alburg is a Principal Engineer at Definitive Healthcare since December 2022, following a tenure as Data Science Manager at Monocl, where responsibilities included leading Data Science and Engineering teams, resource planning, recruitment, and ensuring technical quality. Prior roles at Monocl included Team Lead for Data Science and Data Science Engineer, where significant achievements included refactoring code using Spark, expanding data sources from 4 to over 1000, and enhancing infrastructure for stability. Henrik's career began as a Data Scientist at Findwise AB, where a master's thesis on the temporal evolution of word meaning was conducted, and earlier experience was gained through multiple summer internships at Tieto. Henrik holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Chalmers University of Technology, completed in 2015.
