Michael Starr

Michael Starr currently serves as the Director of Sales Training and Enablement at Definitive Healthcare since May 2024. Prior to this role, Michael was the Senior Manager of Learning and Development at Leyton from January 2020 to January 2024, where a comprehensive training program for a global firm's US operations was created and implemented. Experience also includes serving as Sales Enablement and Training Manager at FareHarbor, where Michael developed sales frameworks and onboarding programs, and various sales positions at Artfact, Bank of America, The Aspire Group Inc, Pittsburgh Pirates, and Vermont Lake Monsters. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst.
