Craig Richardson

Craig Richardson is an experienced insurance executive currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief Claims Officer at Definity since June 2023. Prior to this role, Craig spent over two decades at TD Insurance, where various positions included Vice President of Claims Operations and Vice President of Casualty Claims Ontario, among other leadership roles. Craig's career began at State Farm, working as a Claims Representative in various capacities from May 1995 to June 2000. Craig holds a degree from the University of Guelph, earned between 1991 and 1995.
