David Racicot

David Racicot is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in cloud technology and DevOps, currently serving as the Director of Cloud Center of Excellence at Definity since November 2022. Prior to this role, David held various positions at BlackBerry from December 2009 to November 2022, including Technical Director and Principal Technical Lead, demonstrating expertise in technical management and web infrastructure. David's earlier career includes experience at Desire2Learn as a Team Lead in Tier 3 Technical Support and as a Systems Analyst at the University of Guelph, where responsibilities included web development and IT support. David's technical education includes an Honours degree in Computer Science from the University of Guelph, completed in 2007.
