Jean-Marc Potier

Jean-Marc Potier is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in workforce optimization and strategic initiatives within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Director of Workforce Optimization at Definity since March 2022, Jean-Marc previously held various leadership positions at Sun Life from September 2013 to October 2021, including AVP roles in Program Leadership for Strategic Initiatives and Group Benefits Customer Care Centre.
