Leonardo Flores García

Leonardo Flores García has a work experience spanning from 2009 to the present. Leonardo currently works as a CRM Developer at Definity First since 2022. Prior to their current role, they worked at Quierocasa from 2014 to 2022, where they held multiple positions. Leonardo started as a Process Analyst, responsible for various projects such as the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics F&O, the creation of the first mobile showroom, and the development of real estate bots. Later, they took on the role of Process Coordinator, where they led automation efforts, implemented sales channels, and worked on SEO and marketplace evolution. Before joining Quierocasa, Leonardo worked at Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2009 to 2014 as a Research Assistant, collaborating on logistics projects with TU/e University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Leonardo also served as an Executive Assistant during their time at Tecnológico de Monterrey. In 2012, Leonardo briefly worked as a Professor at Prepanet.

Leonardo Flores García pursued their education at the Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a degree in Ingeniería in the field of study of Ingeniería Industrial. Additionally, they have acquired additional certifications from Microsoft, including the Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate and the Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) in November and December of 2022, respectively.
