Lorena Moya has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Lorena currently works at Definity First as a Service Delivery Leader and Project Manager since October 2020.

Before that, from 2011 to 2017, Lorena worked at Softtek as a Process Improvement Engineer, where they mentored project leaders and completed improvement projects using Six Sigma methodologies.

From 2010 to 2011, they worked at Praxair as a Customer Solution Center Coordinator, where they managed customer orders, pricing, and sales reports for Elite customers.

In 2010, Lorena had an internship as a Product Engineer at E & O Tool & Plastics, where they worked on work instructions, analysis, and reports for productivity and quality assurance.

In 2009, they worked at Regus Business Centre as a Customer Service Representative, where they handled phone answering, reception, and mail control for various companies.

Lastly, Lorena began their career at Definity First in 2007 as a Software Tester, ensuring quality and managing resources in the Quality Assurance department. Lorena also worked as an Administrative Assistant, handling administrative tasks and finance department support.

Lorena Moya earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Universidad Interamericana del Norte, where they studied from 2007 to 2010.
