Marcos Urzúa

Marcos Urzúa began their work experience in 2014 with Accenture, where they initially worked as a Production Support Level 1 and 2 for clothing stores in Mexico. Their responsibilities included hardware and software configuration, POS implementations, and providing production support. Marcos also contributed to the analysis of sales and communication with suppliers. During their time in this role, Marcos achieved the creation of user manuals and the development of a training course that resulted in a reduction of incidents reported by stores.

In 2018, Marcos transitioned to the role of Dynamics AX 365 Developer. Marcos worked as part of a technical team, enhancing clients' AX 365 Finance and Operations environments and developing reports using SSRS. Marcos also assisted in version updates and provided training to new team members.
