Peter Rodriguez

Peter Rodriguez has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the General Manager at DeFoor Hospitality Group since September 2022. Prior to this role, Peter held various positions at Marriott Hotels, including Executive Housekeeper and Food and Beverage Manager, alongside managerial roles at Scottie's On The River, HENNENS RESTAURANT, and Azur Hospitality Group, where responsibilities included overseeing restaurant operations and managing staff.
