Hannah Fletcher Mbe

Hannah Fletcher MBE is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Director of Communications at National Highways since January 2023. Prior to this role, Hannah has held significant positions, including Acting Director of Communications at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs since March 2022, and various roles at Defra from September 2017 to April 2022, culminating as Head of News. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of Media at the Department for Education, Chief Press Officer at the Home Office, and Press Officer at the UK Ministry of Defence. Hannah Fletcher holds a degree from Northumbria University.
