Holly Maidment

Holly Maidment is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in the public sector. Currently serving as the Head of Internal Communications at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs since October 2022, Holly previously held the position of Senior Communications Manager at Defra from November 2017 to October 2022. Prior to that, experience at the Environment Agency spanned from January 2009 to November 2017, where Holly progressed through various roles including Senior Communications Specialist and Communications Officer. Early career experience includes a consultancy role at Harvey Nash Plc. Holly holds a BSc (Hons) in Geography from Lancaster University and attended Ilkley Grammar School.
