Lucy Smith

Lucy Smith joined the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs in December 2020 as the Director General of the Strategy and Change Group. Prior to that Lucy was at the Department for Education (DfE) in September 2020 for 3 months to lead on the response to coronavirus (COVID-19) and on recovery priorities for schools in the light of the pandemic.
