Sylvia Otieno

Sylvia Otieno is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in administrative and editorial roles. Currently serving as Diary Manager to the Permanent Secretary at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs since October 2022, Sylvia previously held the position of Diary Manager to the Economic Secretary to the Treasury at HM Treasury from August 2020 to October 2022.
