Clement Benedict

Clement Benedict is a dedicated professional with a focus on youth development and career readiness. Currently serving as the Career Readiness & Re-Entry Manager at Defy Ventures since January 2023, Clement also holds the position of Youth Counselor at HeartShare St. Vincent's Services from May 2024. As a Co-Founder of The ROLE Initiative since September 2023, Clement works to break the cycle of disadvantage and create pathways for all youth. Additionally, Clement has been the Chief Executive Officer of Ben Frost Enterprises since May 2022 and previously served as a Youth Counselor at Rising Ground from February 2023 to April 2024.
