The Operations and Management team at DEGASA ensures the smooth running of more than 100 restaurant locations across Argentina and Chile. They handle key activities such as auditing, administration, supply chain management, delivery operations, construction oversight, and distribution center management for various brands, including KFC, Wendy's, and China Wok.
