Ilya Kallin

Ilya Kallin is an experienced engineer currently working at DeGolyer and MacNaughton since May 2021, where responsibilities include estimating reserves for over 300 fields under PRMS and SEC guidelines and auditing reserves for major Russian companies. Prior to this, Ilya served as a Senior Reservoir Engineer at Rosneft from October 2016 to May 2021, leading a project on hard-to-recover reserves and participating in a green oil field project. Ilya began the career at SamaraNIPIneft as an engineer from February 2014 to October 2016, contributing to various projects in the Volga-Urals Basin. Academic credentials include an MSc in Petroleum Engineering from Heriot-Watt University and ongoing PhD studies in Economy at Samara State University of Economics, alongside additional education in Reservoir Geomechanics and professional communication translation.
