Mathew Holloway is the CEO of DeGould and was previously the Enterprise Fellow at the Royal Academy of Engineering. Mathew has also worked as an Industrial Fellow at the Royal Commission for the Exhibition of 1851, and as the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Q-Bot Ltd.

Mathew has a long history of working in various positions relating to engineering and construction. Mathew has been working in the industry for over 20 years and has experience in both large and small scale projects. In their current role as CEO of DeGould, they are responsible for leading the company and its team of engineers to provide quality services to their clients.

Mathew is a highly skilled engineer with a passion for helping others. Mathew is always looking for new ways to improve the efficiency of construction projects and help reduce fuel poverty and carbon emissions. Mathew is an excellent leader and motivator, and is always looking for ways to help their team succeed.

Mathew Holloway's educational career began with a focus on personal transformation for leaders through executive education at the Cranfield School of Management. Mathew then shifted their focus to leadership in a technology driven world also through executive education at the Imperial College Business School. From there, they broadened their scope again to include finance with a focus on executive education at the Imperial College Business School. Finally, they completed their masters degrees in Innovation Design Engineering from both Imperial College London and the Royal College of Art, as well as a MEng in Innovation & Engineering Design from the University of Bath.
