Dalia Borenstein

Dalia Borenstein has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Dalia started their career as a Manager at the Barnard Babysitting Agency in 2004, where they worked until 2007.

In 2005, they joined Columbia University in the City of New York as a Research and Faculty Assistant in the Research Design and Quantitative Analysis Laboratory.

In 2007, they moved on to Bloomberg LP, where they held multiple roles including Relationship Manager - New York Buyside, Global Relationship Manager, and Manager of Strategic Relationship Management. Dalia'sresponsibilities included managing revenue growth, overseeing product development and partnerships, and leading a team of salespeople. Dalia was recognized as an MVP in 2009 and 2011.

In 2013, Dalia joined LinkedIn as an Enterprise Relationship Manager, where they worked on large-scale projects to transform the way clients think about talent management. Dalia also developed strategies to improve customer experience and internal client management.

Dalia joined Degreed in 2020 as the Director of Enterprise Growth. Dalia later took on the role of Key Account Director in 2021. Degreed is a platform that connects learning to skills and opportunities, and Dalia integrated various learning resources to match individuals with growth opportunities based on their unique skills, roles, and goals.

Dalia Borenstein completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Columbia University from 2003 to 2007.
