Jessi Reyes has a strong background in technical support and customer service. Jessi started their career at doTERRA International LLC in 2015 as a Customer Service Representative, where they took inbound calls and resolved customer issues. Jessi progressed to becoming a Senior Agent, handling escalated calls and providing complete customer satisfaction. In 2018, Jessi transitioned to the role of a Skill Set Trainer, where they trained and empowered call center agents to provide high-quality customer service. Jessi then became a Call Center Subject Matter Expert, acting as a resource for finance, commissions, and tax information. In 2020, Jessi joined Degreed as a Technical Support Specialist, where they provided technical support to end users and trained newly hired agents. Jessi Reyes earned an Associate of Arts - AA degree in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from Utah Valley University in 2014. Jessi then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Family Science at the same university, which they completed in 2021.
