Patrice Harris, CAPM has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Patrice started their career in 2005 as a Talent Acquisition Manager and Sr. Consultant at a consulting firm, where they handled various HR responsibilities such as onboarding, employee training, and performance evaluations. Patrice also implemented talent acquisition and recruitment strategies for multiple companies and managed vendor and contractor resources. In addition to HR expertise, Patrice also possesses project management skills, having led the implementation of HR systems like ATS and payroll.

From 2014 to 2019, Patrice worked at Niche' Resource Group as a Sr. Managing Director/Client Success, where they collaborated with clients to assess staffing gaps and devise talent acquisition strategies. Patrice also facilitated discussions with leadership to forecast talent needs and optimized recruitment efforts. Patrice created new hire onboarding programs and implemented continuous learning and development initiatives for employees.

In 2014, Patrice worked at ihouse, a HUB International company, as a Sr. Project Manager/Solutions Consultant, where they managed projects and provided solutions to clients.

Starting in 2016, they worked at Bluewater - Consulting for Learning and Talent Management as a Project Manager/Implementation Consultant/Client Success.

From 2018 to 2020, Patrice worked at HireVue as a Project Manager, collaborating with clients to transform their hiring processes and configuring the HireVue platform according to client requirements.

Most recently, since 2020, Patrice has been working at Degreed as a Client Engagement Partner, acting as a strategic partner for clients during the implementation of Degreed's products. Patrice has built strong relationships with clients and project teams and helped drive consultative conversations to deliver optimal user and engagement experiences. Patrice has led workshops, developed learning strategies, and established project plans for system launches.

Throughout their career, Patrice has demonstrated their ability to manage projects, collaborate with clients, and drive organizational success.

Patrice Harris, CAPM, pursued their education from 1991 to 1994 at a Private institution, focusing on Human Resources and Business Management. In March 2019, they obtained the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification from the Project Management Institute.
