Rishi Prakash

Rishi Prakash started working as an Associate Consultant at GainInsights Solutions in February 2019. In this role, they gathered and understood business requirements, wrote queries in databases and data load editor, and aligned data sources and structures with business requirements. In April 2021, they were promoted to the role of Consultant, where they participated in the complete data life cycle phases, actively engaged in requirement gathering, and presented analytical outputs to stakeholders to assist organizations in making data-driven decisions. In August 2021, Rishi joined LatentView Analytics as a Senior Analyst, working with a client that was the world's largest search engine. In this role, they crafted a sophisticated machine learning model for predicting customer dissatisfaction reasons using conversation analytics and implemented automated summary and dissatisfaction reason creation to address customer complaints. Rishi's most recent work experience is as an NLP Analyst at Degreed, starting in July 2023.

Rishi Prakash completed their postgraduate degree in Business Analytics and Data Science from the SSN School of Advanced Career Education from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended Sri Sairam Engineering College from 2014 to 2018, although the specific degree and field of study are unknown.

Additionally, Rishi has obtained several certifications. In February 2022, they earned certifications in "BERT - Most Powerful Algorithm by Google" and "NLP Natural Processing with Python" from Udemy. Lastly, in December 2020, they obtained the "Qlik Sense Data Architect" certification from Qlik.
