Stephen Elrod

Stephen Elrod serves as the Senior Vice President of Professional Services & Global Delivery at Degreed, overseeing a global team of over 70 professionals focused on client onboarding, technical consulting, and customer support, while driving revenue growth and operational efficiency. Prior to Degreed, Stephen held leadership roles at GE Digital, where responsibilities included leading global consulting initiatives, and at ServiceMax, focusing on developing a partner ecosystem and customer education. Additional experience includes positions at Blue Coat Systems, PMSI, Raymond James Financial Inc., and Franklin Templeton Investments, contributing to sales operations, training, and development of innovative learning solutions. Stephen holds an education from St. Petersburg College.
