Thiago Chaib F. Jorge

Thiago Chaib F. Jorge is a seasoned professional in solutions architecture with extensive experience spanning over two decades across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Architect at Degreed since April 2022, Thiago focuses on integrating learning and career growth opportunities for users. Prior to this, Thiago held positions at Oracle, where responsibilities included designing HCM Cloud solutions, and Cornerstone OnDemand, where Thiago achieved significant revenue growth while working as a Solutions Consultant and Architect. Further experience includes roles at Tangoe, Unify, Unisys, and various internships that laid the foundation for a strong technical and consulting background.
