Valmir Palacio

Valmir Palacio began their work experience as an IT Intern at Unidao Transportes in September 2014 and later transitioned into the role of Information Technology Associate. In this position, they provided support for helpdesk-related issues and the company's ERP system, assisting colleagues remotely and in person. Valmir worked in this role until February 2018.

In March 2018, Valmir joined SAP SuccessFactors as a SucessFactors Integrations Intern. Here, they supported SuccessFactors customers in utilizing the platform and its API integrations. Valmir gained experience with ODATA and SFAPI (SOAP) API's, using tools like Postman and SOAP UI. Valmir also participated in Schedule an Expert Sessions and familiarized himself with standard integration flows. Valmir remained with SAP SuccessFactors until July 2019.

Following this, Valmir joined Sap Ariba in July 2019 as a Technical Support Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for issue management, integrations, root cause analysis, and infrastructure related to the Cloud Solution provided by Ariba. Valmir also reported errors to the Development team when necessary and proactively created documentation to optimize and improve processes. Valmir's tenure at Sap Ariba concluded in February 2021.

Most recently, Valmir is employed at Degreed, starting in February 2021 as a Technical Support Engineer. Valmir supported clients in addressing technical issues and provided escalation support. In May 2022, they transitioned into the role of Escalation Engineer, where they continue to handle escalated technical issues.

Valmir Palacio completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Unisinos, from the year 2014 to 2021.
