Peggy Hoebeke

Peggy Hoebeke currently serves as the Head of Talent, HR Business Partnering, and Talent Acquisition at Degroof Petercam since March 2023, focusing on Learning & Development, Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Prior to this role, Peggy held various positions at KBC Bank & Verzekering from April 2010 to March 2023, including Group Head of Talent and Department Head of Strategic HR Communication & Coordination, where responsibilities encompassed senior management succession planning and HR policy development. Peggy’s earlier career included management roles at Partena Ziekenfonds & Partners and Adecco Personnel Services, as well as experience in commercial operations at SK Courierhandling. Education includes a Master’s Degree in Political Sciences from Vrije Universiteit Brussel and a certificate in Human Resources Management from Open Universiteit, along with ongoing executive education in gender diversity at INSEAD and coaching certifications.
