Spenser Sheppard is an accomplished logistics professional with extensive experience in carrier sales and operations. Currently serving as Vice President of Carrier Sales and Operations at DeGroot Logistics since June 2018, Spenser has overseen various teams and managed all carrier operations, including RFP processes and quoting analytics. Previous roles at DeGroot include Operations Manager, where Spenser led a team of 15 carrier representatives, significantly contributed to business growth, and developed efficient operational processes. Spenser's early experience includes a finance internship with Chicago for Rahm and presenting at the G60 Pitch Contest. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Arkansas, earned in 2018.
