Marko Josifoski has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Marjan 'Marko''saccomplishments also included improving staff attrition rates.

Josifoski's early career includes a role as an Investment Representative/Economic Attaché at the British Macedonian Chambers of Commerce. In this position from 2005 to 2006, they worked on behalf of the Macedonian Government to attract major companies and independent investors to invest in Macedonia. Marjan 'Marko' played a significant role in introducing five major British companies to the Macedonian marketplace.

Marjan 'Marko' Josifoski completed their International Business degree at St. Cyril and Methodius University, Macedonia from 1997 to 2003. In 2004, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Kingston University, which they finished in 2005. Later, in 2010, they enrolled in a PhD program at St. Cyril and Methodius University, Macedonia, focusing on Crisis Management Strategy within Small to Medium-Sized Enterprises.
