Vanshika Kalsi

Vanshika Kalsi is a dedicated professional currently serving as CSR Junior Expert at Deichmann since June 2023 and Co-Founder of Kalsi Initiatives, which aims to foster sustainable practices and community development at METRO & METRO Gmbh since May 2021. Vanshika has held various leadership roles, including Program Manager at the Centre for Gender And Politics (CGAP) and Regional Leader for Europe and Central Asia at Girl Up, a United Nations Foundation initiative. Additional experience includes a Research Internship at Women Win, Board Member at UN Youth Impact, and leadership positions with Girl Up and the National Human Rights Commission. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Development Studies from the International Institute of Social Studies and a Master of Science in Public Policy from The London School of Economics and Political Science, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Delhi University.
