Kayla Devon is currently working as Strategy and Business Design at Debut, a biotech ingredient manufacturer and beauty brand incubator. Kayla is also the Co-Founder & Innovation Lead at DEINDE, focusing on preventative skincare to target inflammaging. Previously, Kayla was the Chief of Staff at Kjaer Weis, and Manager of Consumer Health at U.S. News & World Report. Kayla has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Cambridge Judge Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Temple University.
