Danny Roes has a diverse work experience in different companies and roles. Danny started their career at Ultra manufacturing as a Computer Programmer from August 2006 to August 2010. Danny then worked at Barcode of Life Data Systems as a Programmer/Analyst from February 2011 to August 2015. Following that, Danny joined LifeScanner as a Programmer/Analyst from March 2014 to August 2015, where they focused on API development and web development. After that, they worked at GiantGoat Web Development as a Senior Web Developer/Project Lead from September 2015 to August 2016. Currently, Danny holds a position at Dejero as a Senior Web Application Developer since August 2016 and recently transitioned to the role of Principal Web Application Developer in February 2022.

Danny Roes began their education in 2003 at Conestoga College, where they pursued a Diploma in Computer Programmer/Analyst. Danny completed their studies in 2006. In 2017, they obtained the "MongoDB 3.4 Certified Developer, Associate Level" certification from MongoDB. Danny further enhanced their skills by obtaining the "MongoDB 4.2 Certified Developer, Associate Level" certification in 2019. In 2020, they attended the Communitech Academy to gain knowledge in leadership through the "Leadership FYI" program. Additionally, Danny obtained the "Getting Started With CockroachDB" certification from Cockroach University in September 2020, and they are set to earn the "Certified Kubernetes Application Developer" certification from The Linux Foundation in June 2023.
