Joon You Tan

Joon You Tan is an experienced Embedded Software Engineer currently employed at DEK Technologies, where responsibilities include maintaining and developing a software-in-the-loop testing environment for large-scale image recognition units. Prior experience includes serving as a Robotics Engineer and Technical Lead at AEV Robotics, focusing on Hardware-In-the-Loop testing for autonomous ground vehicles, as well as roles as an Embedded Software Engineer Intern and Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in game experience enhancement using Reinforcement Learning algorithms. Joon You Tan also has a background in data science education, having assisted workshops at Monash University, and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Monash University.
