Truong Pham

Truong Pham has a diverse work experience. In 2022, they worked as a Software Engineer at DEK Technologies, where they participated in the DevOps process to enhance Ericsson's automated system and feature testing service. Truong also scaled and optimized the IMS Test Automation Framework and API, and developed Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.

From 2018 to 2022, Truong worked at Hamilton College in various roles. Truong served as a Student Game Manager, performing administrative duties during competitions and ensuring the smooth flow of events. Truong also worked as a Hamilton Swimming and Diving Student Manager, providing on-deck coaching and analyzing data to track athletes' performances. Additionally, they worked as a Phonathon Caller, fundraising for the college by contacting alumni and parents.

In 2021, Truong briefly worked at The University of New Mexico as a Bookstore Cashier/In-Store Pick Up Associate, where they assisted customers, resolved complaints, and maintained a friendly atmosphere.

In 2020, they were a Seasonal Retail Associate at Lowe's Companies, Inc., providing excellent customer service and ensuring merchandise was stocked and presented properly.

Truong Pham completed their high school education from Manzano High School from 2014 to 2018, where they received a High School Diploma. Following that, they pursued higher education at Hamilton College from 2018 to 2022. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics.
