Hendra is a seasoned data processing professional with extensive experience in various data collection methodologies. Currently serving as a Senior Data Processing Analyst at Deka Marketing Research since January 2015, Hendra proficiently prepares script programs for CAPI, CAWI, CATI, and online surveys utilizing tools including Survey to Go, Amor, Lime Survey, QPSMR, Kobo, and Survey Monkey Craft. Prior to this role, Hendra worked at Independence Research Operation from July 2010 to October 2014, focusing on designing templates for CAPI, CATI, CAWI, and online surveys using QPSMR, Lime Survey, and Amor. Earlier experience includes positions as a Data Officer at PT. Cakra Hasta from February 2008 to April 2010 and the Ministry of Communication and Information from November 2007 to January 2008. Hendra holds an S1 degree in Statistics from IPB University, completed in 2006.
