Tirta Ningrum has over two decades of experience in marketing research and consumer insights, currently serving as a Research Manager at Deka Marketing Research since 2011. Prior experience includes roles as Associate Research Manager at MARS Indonesia from 2003 to 2011, and as a Consumer Insight Executive at McCann Erickson Indonesia from 2001 to 2003. Tirta began the professional career as an Account Executive at Avigra Communication Group in 2000. Educationally, Tirta holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of Indonesia, earned between 1996 and 2000.
